What Is the Refund Policy?
Every $19 Attractiveness Report carries a 7 day, no questions asked refund window. Ask within 7 days of purchase through the contact page, and the full $19 goes back to your original payment method.
The refund window opens the moment you buy your Attractiveness Report and runs for 7 days. Inside that window, a refund is granted on request, full stop: not store credit, not a partial amount, and not conditional on an explanation. The report costs $19 once. Not $19 forever. There is no subscription to cancel and no account to close, so this window is the entire exit process.
How Do I Request a Refund?
Send a message through the contact page saying you want a refund, with enough detail to find your purchase: the date, and the name or email used at checkout. That is the whole process.
A refund request goes through the contact page, the same channel as every other message to this site, because a second inbox is one more place a request can go unread. No reason is required, and none will be asked for: no questions asked is meant literally. Once the purchase is found, the refund is issued through Stripe, the site's payment processor, back to the payment method you used. How quickly it appears on your statement depends on your bank, since the money moves through Stripe rather than through this site.
What Happens to My Photo and My Report?
Your photo is deleted within 24 hours of your report being generated, refund or not. The PDF you downloaded is yours to keep either way. Ask in the same message if you want our stored copy deleted.
The photo you uploaded is already gone by the time most refund requests arrive: it travels over TLS, is used only to generate your report, is deleted within 24 hours, and is never used to train a model, exactly as the privacy policy states and the AI policy repeats. Delivery is a PDF you download and keep, and a refund does not reach into your downloads folder to take it back. We retain a copy of the generated report so it can be re-sent if you lose the file; if you would rather that copy be deleted along with your refund, say so in the same message and it will be.
Why Does a $19 Report Need a Refund Window?
Because trust in a face-analysis site has to be cheap to test. A 7 day window means trying the report risks a week of patience, not your money, and keeps the pressure on the report to be worth keeping.
Much of this industry sells subscriptions that are easy to start and hard to leave; a refund window pointed the other way is the plainest honest signal this site can offer. The free attractiveness test already computes your attractiveness score before any money moves, running the same AI facial analysis on-device, where photos never leave your browser. That makes the report purchase the first and only moment real trust is asked for, and the window exists so that moment stays reversible.
